An Immersion Opportunity Through Seva 

Seva is a Sanskrit word that translates as “selfless service” . 


Step out of the usual into the extraordinary in this unique work- trade experience

Immerse in practice and community for 5 nights and 5 days including lodging and meals for a fraction of what it would normally cost. Participants receive instruction each day in the whole of Yoga: Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and Philosophy. In exchange, participants will be involved in seasonal farm projects ranging from: soil building, planting, harvesting, processing, and animal care. There will also be an opportunity to train in food preservation, fermentation, plant identification and foraging.


Integrate conscious movement and mindful action with community living.



5-day programs, $250 ($50/day) Includes (3) daily meals, shared living space & master-level instruction, plus seva (work-trade).

Arrive previous night or morning of start date. Departure can be morning after end date.Please note, laundry service is not included and can be done by hand or at the laundry mat in town. Also, the telephone in the main house is not for personal use except in the case of emergencies. (The local phone provider does not offer unlimited long distance).  You are welcome to give the number to family/friends to be able to easily reach you if necessary.
